kalakaarihaath (KALAKAARI HAATH STUDIO PRIVATE LIMITED) is committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame. most orders are accompanied by a small note describing the concept/process/making, etc. (look out for yours!) we ship throughout the week, except at weekends & public holidays. to ensure that the quality and handling of the product is not compromised, we only ship through reputed agencies. if there is no courier service available in your area, please write to us at care@kalakaarihaath.com and we will help you out.

What is our delivery policy?
Delivery charges within India are included in the price.
The delivery charges outside India will be calculated at checkout. For order(s) containing multiple products, the system adds up the total of all individual delivery charges.
For order(s) outside India, there may be additional charges, including but not limited to customs, wood treatment, ectara.
Custom charges may be charged by our shipper at the time of delivery. For any other charges, our team will correspond the charges via email to you before delivery.
The prices displayed on our website are inclusive of GST. Such prices are, however, exclusive of any other taxes, tariffs etc applicable in your region.
All delivery costs are non-refundable.
How is your order processed?
Upon placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated dispatch time to your location. From the estimated dispatch time, we would normally take 3-5 working days to deliver your order within India and 7-10 working days outside India. In some locations, the delivery may take longer, depending on the accessibility of your location by third-party transport companies. In such a case, we will proactively reach out to you and provide you with updates.
In case you need a product by a particular date, please reach out to us at care@kaarihaath.com. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
What is our return and exchange policy?
Before placing the order, please read the item descriptions and note the details mentioned for each product on the website carefully.
Order once placed is non-refundable. All products are made to order and we do not exchange products.
Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our workshop. However, if your order(s) is damaged during delivery or an incorrect order is delivered to you, please follow the instructions hereinbelow:
We only replace a damaged or incorrect order, if informed within 2 working days from receiving such order(s). If you would like to request the same, please write to us at care@kalakaarihaath.com. Credit Note: In any other case, where you do not wish for a replacement, kalakaarihaath will issue a credit note for the cost of the damaged or incorrect order(s). While redeeming the credit note, the value of the subsequent order cannot be less than the value of the credit note. In the event the value of a subsequent order exceeds the value of the credit note, the difference between such amounts has to be paid by you.

We generally offer free pickup and delivery for the return and replacement of your damaged or incorrect order(s). However, if your area is not serviceable by us, we will duly inform you of the same at the contact details provided by you at the time of placing your order(s)and we will assist you with such return and replacement.
What is our warranty policy?
We offer limited warranty on our wallpapers. The warranty is valid for 3 years from the date of order. Any and all manufacturing defects in production pertaining to materials or workmanship. Such defects include issues related to material, and/or workmanship. This guarantee applies when the product is used under normal conditions and for the purpose for which the product was designed.
Kalakaarihaath warranties do not cover misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, solvents, cleaning liquids, damage or modification to the wallpapers. We also cannot be held responsible for loss, damage or cost resulting from the use or loss of our products. Please note that general fading and deterioration, including but not limited to the breakdown of colors and materials over time, is not considered a material or manufacturing defect and is therefore not covered by our warranties.
