a day after the one of love, as we get back to our weekly schedules, we’re intrigued by how the ‘bracket’ is never completely understood in singularity and always exists in pairs.

it’s form is derived to withhold an implied emotion or feeling that is not or cannot be directly stated.

it’s weird, the dichotomy in the use of the ‘full stop’. when used in singularity, it implies the end or termination of a thought or sentence, but when three are placed together, it suggests some sort of continuation to a thought.

go figure.

the form and sound of the ‘apostrophe’ somehow immediately draws a connection to the ever so dainty running deer.

Maharaja MAC

Everyday, we come across food items, words and phrases that we use subconsciously, without realising the pun that lies in it.

Years ago, McDonalds came up with this great burger which was layered two-fold for those who have a slightly larger appetite, Maharaja style.

This is a mix-media graphic, almost entirely hand illustrated, with a little help from the Maharaja of Bikaner.

Shahi Paneer

Everyday, we come across food items, words and phrases that we use subconsciously, without realising the pun that lies in it.

The Indian cuisine is unique, there are so many local alterations that contribute to the actual name of a dish.
Read ‘Shahi Paneer’ on the menu, and you’re already in a royal-mughal-darbaar-e-dawat setting.
